1. Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) following payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations: Currently, BioGenixMD ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery: Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Order Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and location.

Return Policy:-

We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please note our 30-day return window and specific conditions below:

1. General Return Window: You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Supplements (Excluding Peptides): We stand by the quality of our supplements. If you are not satisfied with a supplement product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, even if it has been opened. We want you to have the confidence to try our products. (Please note: We reserve the right to monitor return activity and limit returns if abuse is suspected.)

3. Peptides: Due to their specific nature and storage requirements, peptides can only be returned and are only eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please provide your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

5. How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team at support@biogenixmdportal.com. Include your order number and a clear reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

6. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.3 Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
